Ben Southern

Ben joined Morgan & Co in July 2022, initially as a paralegal.

After gaining A levels in Law, Business & Accounting at King Edwards VI College in Stourbridge, Ben then decided to embark on a career in law.

Ben started his level 7 Solicitors Degree Apprenticeship in January 2023, at the University of Law in Birmingham.

Ben Works four days a week in our office developing his practical legal skills and one day a week studying legal theory, working towards an LLB in Legal Studies.

Ben works within the Conveyancing, Matrimonial, and Wills & Probate departments, assisting fee earners with their files, whilst also now progressing and taking on some of his own files.

In his spare time, Ben dedicates a lot of his time to playing Cricket at Himley Cricket Club. Ben even took on the responsibility of captaining both Himley’s under 19s & under 22s squads. A successful 2023 season saw him and the squad being featured in the Express and Star.

Ben is also a member of Enville Golf Club, where he enjoys a weekend round of golf when not playing cricket.
